This is one of my all time favorites.  Soul Retrieval is an ancient practice of recovering those parts of our essential selves that have been lost as a result of pain, neglect or trauma. It has been practiced by ancient cultures for thousands of generations. My clients have said that they can achieve in a few sessions what would takes years to achieve in psychotherapy.

The Incas believe these essential parts of our soul are kept safeguarded in the underworld. In this journey we will visit the underworld and explore the four chambers of the soul to find the elements of energy that will help to make you whole again. The four chambers consist of the chamber of the wounded soul, the chamber of contracts, the chamber of passions/grace and the chamber of treasures and gifts.

Through this journey, we may uncover the story behind why these essential parts have gone away and negotiate a complete return. In the chamber of contracts we discover why such a contract was made, and work with you to develop a new or revised contract that will serve you through the eternity of time. The chambers of grace and gifts will provide insights and energetic tools to help you work to develop a relationship with these newly returned essential parts of you.

As you can imagine this work can be both beautifully fulfilling and intense. This journey will be an abbreviated experience with the intent that you will retrieve a piece that is already willing to return. More challenging aspect can take a little more intensity and time. Think about what aspect of wholeness you might be missing to prepare for this amazing experience.
